Do you ever wanted to make your Own Icons in Windows XP/Vista/7 without any extra software!

Here is a cool trick for you to create it using the simple Microsoft Paint!

Just Open Microsoft Paint by clicking on

Start → All Programs → Accessories → Paint
Just Go to

Image Menu → Attributes... (For Windows 7, Simple Go to the Menu and click Properties)
Just do the settings shown in the following image:

Now show your talent of designing in the paint area! once done with your appropriate icon, Save the file as the file name you want but at the end add .ico enclose the whole name with double quotes shown below:

And you are there, just use this icon for any of your shortcuts by going to their properties , Change icon and Select your Own Icon which you have Created. You can also use this as your website's favicon.
